John has built a strong reputation for clear communication, fast responses, and consistent performance for his investors.

His background covers investing, development, management, and operational leadership across more than 2,476 residential and commercial units in Texas. This gives him a deep understanding of how to source deals, underwrite them, and run them.

He studied at the SMU Cox School of Business completing his MCSE certifications and has spent most of his life in the DFW market. He remains active in several real estate investment groups, Brad Sumrok’s multifamily investor group, Lifestyles Unlimited International, DFW REIA, and the Dennis Henson Real Estate Success group.

With John leading investor relations, partners work directly with a seasoned professional who understands their needs and takes care of their investment experience.
