A little more about us...

Who We Are

LSM Associates is an investment and operations firm that focuses on projects with strong demand and clear value growth. We invest in and manage event centers, artificial intelligence based schools, RV parks, and other hospitality assets.

Our acquisition process helps us find off market opportunities, complete a deep review, and confirm that every project meets our return goals.

We buy properties or development sites, add value through stronger systems and better amenities, and operate each asset with hands on management. Investors receive passive cash flow through quarterly distributions.

Partners also build long term wealth through appreciation, equity growth, tax benefits, and the ability to use or experience the assets we operate.

If you want to partner with us or explore a sale of your property, we are ready to talk.

Our Story

A large share of privately held businesses is owned by an older generation that is now retiring. Millions of these businesses will change hands over the next several years. Many of them used outdated, systems, weak technology, and old marketing methods.

This shift creates a clear opening for new operators who use stronger data, better design, and modern management. It also creates room for new development in areas with growing demand such as event centers, artificial intelligence based schools, RV parks, and hospitality projects.

We focus on stepping into these opportunities, improving operations, and building long term value for our investors and partners.
